WeddWire is a service operated by Parthsarthi ("WeddWire", "we", "us"), an autónomo registered in Spain, with registered address at Calle Santa Clara 17, 45593 Bargas, Toledo, Spain.

WeddWire provides WhatsApp-based RSVP automation to wedding planners ("Planners"). This policy explains how we handle personal data of two groups: Planners who use our service, and wedding guests ("Guests") who receive and reply to messages sent through WeddWire on a Planner's behalf.
From Planners: name, email, business contact details, billing information, wedding configuration data (event details, guest lists uploaded by the Planner).
From Guests: phone number, name, WhatsApp messages exchanged with WeddWire, RSVP responses, and logistics-related details the Guest chooses to share (e.g., dietary preferences, arrival time).
We retain Guest data for the duration of the wedding event plus 90 days for post-event support and reconciliation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Planners may request earlier deletion.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Guests should first contact the Planner who invited them. If that route is unavailable, contact privacy@weddwire.com and we will facilitate the request.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Data may be processed outside the EEA by our sub-processors under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to Planners in advance.
